Get-You-In package

You have recently acquired a property in central France but, impeded by the language barrier, you are stumped as to how to accomplish the various formalities, how to obtain connections to services and how to protect your family and your new investment.

In answer to this we provide a comprehensive "installation" assistance, a sort of Get-You-In package to cover the necessary basics, but which can be developed further as per your specific requirements. Our Get-You-In package, does exactly that, with a minimum of fuss, it sets up the full gamut of services to which you and your family might have recourse :

Your Family & Property
	Health – registration of you and your family into the French sécurité sociale system, plus complementary “top-up” schemes, reimbursement of your medical expenses whilst on holiday.
	Education – enrol your children into the local school of your choice. We will even assist you as you visit the school(s) and meet the teachers. We will also accomplish (if required) the registration of your children for the school bus and the canteen. We will explain to you the schools hours and their modus operandi in general.
	Insurance – helping you to choose from a number of options and quotes for your home, personal and car insurance.
	Regulations – as relevant to each property-owner, e.g. recently introduced swimming pool and property waste-treatment legislation. We will regularly update you on new legislation & regulations relevant to you

Banking & Services
	Banking – open a bank account, setting up monthly standing orders to service providers, deposits etc.
	Telephone & internet – connection to your choice of telephone and internet service provider (ISP - based on the full range of ISP's available in your area).
	Services – connection to your choice of gas, electricity and water provider (as per availability of services in your area).

Your Vehicle
	Car registration – assistance to accomplish the formalities to enable your car’s registration in France
	Highway Code – every client of the Get-You-In Service will receive a copy of our in-house guide, Driving in France, plus a résumé (and an accident declaration form) as to what to do in the event of an accident.
	Driving Licences – for those with the old style driving licence, we will accomplish the necessary changes to the new EU style licence.

Miscellaneous
	Mairie – assistance to introduce you to the officials in your parish, plus enrolment on the electoral register.
	Miscellaneous – should it become obvious to you or to us that there is a need for the establishment of a specific service, not mentioned above, we will, if reasonable and feasibly possible, accomplish such necessities.
