This is the backbone of our service for those who are already non-resident owners of a property in central France, or for the future acquirer concerned about the management of their investment.

We will :
Oversee your property whilst you are absent Undertake regular twice monthly visits to anticipate problems before they arise and to find solutions for those already evident :

		Establish a dedicated property maintenance programme specific to your investment :
		♦ Pool maintenance ♦ Garden maintenance ♦ Artisan management
Act as your personal point of contact : Liaison with, & between, the property owner and 3rd parties :
♦ Visit reporting (monthly) ♦ Damage & emergency liaison ♦ Property regulation updates ♦ Preparation of the property prior to your next visit ♦ Two annual visits whilst you are in residence to discuss your projects, etc..

Security of your property Peace of mind is close at hand Intruder alarms and surveillance systems are, despite the claims of their suppliers, no deterrent to a burglar. Our twice-monthly visits to your property pose a real threat to any house-breaker. The time and day of our visits will be purposely varied to avoid setting predictable patterns
The security of doors, windows and padlocks will be checked. Should property owners still require the installation of : alarm & fire detection systems, we can advise as to suppliers. We will act as the initial contact for the alarm company and gendarmerie.
