We are at hand to assist you in the realisation of these projects. We will advise and assist with any formalities in relation to a permis de construire (planning permission) or the less onerous déclaration des travaux (simple, but formal, notification). We can also supply names of reputable architects, builders, electricians, plumbers etc... and material suppliers local to your property
 

From the relatively mundane replacement of a door with a window to a project to install a swimming pool or tennis court, property owners may choose to use us either to manage the whole project from conception to completion in tandem with registered local professional enterprises and architects responsible for the realisation of the works or, simply to advise as to planning requirements. We are available as much as or as little as you require.
