Resident since 1993 & property-owner himself in central France, David has experienced, at first-hand and from assisting many others, the difficulties that every owner and acquirer encounters, plus he can advise as to the many facets of living in France. David provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of every property owner & acquirer.

"I believe that is only by anticipation that you can prevent often costly and avoidable problems" is David's creed. However in cases where problems are already evident, he provides practical and cost-effective solutions, or if unable himself to provide the answer he puts clients in touch with specialists in the relevant field.

Clients are regularly informed, by e-mail &/or quarterly newsletter, of any new legislation, regulation, and promotions of real added value relevant to them, as such Baguette clients remain fully updated of any new developments.

Over the years David has established sound working relationships with French insurance brokers, banks and other lending institutions, surveyors, notaires, solicitors, accountants and tax advisers.
